3.2 Account Termination

4. Subscription and Billing

4.1 Pricing and Payment

4.2 Billing Cycle and Renewals

• Word credits reset at the beginning of each billing period
• Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period

4.3 Refunds and Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
• Refunds are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis
• No refunds are provided for partial months or unused word credits

4.4 Price Changes

• We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party AI providers
• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases

8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TYPECHIMP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your data
• Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
